2 ceiling rose hacks to give your rooms a unique touch

Who ever said ceiling roses were only to be installed on ceilings? In this article, we have 3 quick and easy DIY projects that you can replicate yourselves to give your ceiling roses an original twist. Here are a few examples with the help of some of our favourite content creators!

1) Turn it into a characterful lamp

Eléonore from @montoutmontoit decided to transform our M75 ceiling rose into an eye-catching wall lamp. As the decoflair ceiling roses are covered with a coat of primer, Eléonore was able to immediately apply a coat of characterful gold paint. Now fitted with a lightbulb and switch, the freshly personalised gold ceiling rose casts a worm and captivating glow across the room. Check out the short tutorial in the following Instagram Reel.

2) Turn it into a stylish mirror

For this simple yet stunning DIY project, Angélique from @addictdeco_myhome used a selection of our ceiling roses to give one of her walls a unique look. By cutting a larger portion of the centre of the B15 and B17 ceiling roses, she even created two small mirrors. A great way to give your walls personality on a budget! Take a look at the step-by-step tutorial in the following Instagram Reel.

Other products featured in this project: M50, M62 and B27 ceiling roses.

Now you have a few inspirations, it’s your turn to pimp up your walls and interiors! Do you have any other ideas on how to customise ceiling roses? Tag us in your projects with @decoflair.
