We are thrilled by your daily creative implementations, harmonious wall designs and DIY projects on social media and are always happy when we discover our cornices, chair rails, skirtings and other design elements in your posts!
These terms and conditions apply to our use of any kind of viewable image, text, comment, video, audio, social media post or any other user-generated content (“Content”) that you upload, post or share using third-party websites or platforms (“Third-Party Platform”) including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube and TikTok and which we use on our website, in other marketing channels or in any NMC owned social media platforms (“NMC Media”). If we may share your Content on our own social media channels, website and other NMC Media, we will contact you on the relevant Third-Party Platform to ask for your consent to use your Content. If you agree to our request to use your Content with #yesdecoflair within the same chat or comment section, you agree to the following conditions:
- You confirm that the Content is your original creation and not copied from third parties.
- You grant decoflair permission to publish any Content marked with #yesdecoflair on NMC Media.
- With this agreement, a non-exclusive, simple, royalty-free license is granted to use, reproduce and edit your Content at our discretion for marketing purposes.
- You waive your right to be named in connection with your Content.
- You guarantee that you own or control the rights to the Content you submit for the stated purposes.
- You guarantee that you are a natural person (i.e. not a company), at least 18 years old and that the use of your Content by decoflair does not violate any third party rights or laws.
You can revoke your consent at any time.
